This canyon is designed for everyone reached 18 who want to collaborate between the joy of trekking that is totally united with the nature and the pleasure of going down through the ropes.

Commonly, it is done without swimming, since there’s only a little water or even nothing.

On this kind of trekking, you will walk inside the water and jungle the most and then going down along a little water discharge or dried one.

This kind of canyon requires fit physical condition, healthy, able to swim, love trekking and adventure in nature that is commonly wild, and virgin.

Before doing the Trekking Canyon, every participant should get a little training to go down through ropes.

Trekking Canyon is another way in enjoying canyoning activities.

Description of Canyon

Tukad HIjau has mainly vertical descents, located in Sirlangjana area. Tour for autonomous participants or beginners in very good shape and already experienced in rappelling.

It is a dry canyon from June to october. The ideal period to practise it – from November to May, or just right after heavy rains. More than 15 descents in rappel with a fantastic cascade of 50m.  A passage of trekking into the river in the middle of Sirlangjana tropical forest will please all people fascinated by wild nature experience and enthusiastic enough for sporty descents.

Descent: 5 – 6h (according the rate of flow), approach: 15 mn’s walk, return: 20mn’s by Ojek Bali (small local motorbikes). Tukad Hijau is a long Trekking Canyon, you will be surprised by the different views all along the descent.

- Be in good health and able to swim 25 m
